SMS program terms

Who sends the messages: UREMIJ Corporation, Tampa Bay, Florida.

What you will receive

If you opt in, you may receive text messages from UREMIJ Corporation such as replies to your inquiries, missed-call follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, requests for reviews, and occasional service updates and offers.

How you opt in

You opt in by giving us your mobile number and checking the consent box on a UREMIJ form, by texting us first, or by agreeing to receive texts when you do business with us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies depending on your activity with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation message and then no more. Reply HELP for help, or email Robert@uremij.com or call (727) 350-7773.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to our text messaging program.

Carriers and privacy

Services and billing

Paid services are governed by the package and pricing you agree to when you sign up. As described on our packages page, packages are month-to-month, the first 30 days are free, and you can cancel anytime within the first 30 days and owe nothing.

Limits

To the extent allowed by law, UREMIJ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. This site and its content are provided “as is.”

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
